Reservations Policies & Payment

The Silveree Adobe / Adobe Agave Reservation Payment Policies:

• All reservations require a 50% deposit for a confirmed reservation, unless other arrangements are made.
• We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, cashier's checks and money orders..
• If you would prefer pay online through Pay pal for a more immediate, guaranteed reservation, please let us know and we will email you a Pay pal invoice to make your deposit.
• If your plans should change and you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we would appreciate knowing as early as possible.
• If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per unit.
• If you fail to cancel your reservation, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
• We regret there are no refunds or credits on or after your arrival date for early departures, late arrivals or cancellations.
